David 3 months agoExcellent facility! I rented a unit for a year. It is very clean, with good climate control, and practically no bugs. I put down sticky traps and literally caught 1 spider and 1 other bug in a year, so little dust the traps are still sticky. Carts are provided and in good condition and the staff are the best!. Only complaints are the entrance can accumulate some trash and parking is on a slope making the cart roll away while loading and unloading. Bring something to chock the wheel and rent here! Highly recommended!
Michael 3 months agoThis is a great, clean, well-run storage facility (3030 S Harvard Ave.). Ashley has been a fantastic help in getting us the right size storage unit and immensely helpful to my mother in making sure her stored items are safe and secure. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage in this area, and a huge shout out to Ashley for making it a stress-free experience.
Aseem 3 months agoThe good - The customers should be in good hands with newly hired Mat as the facility’s manager. Even though my move out is due to circumstances outside his control, he first canvassed all other Extra Space facilities to find something that fit my requirements, as his didn’t have any units available. Even after not finding a space, and me committing to rent from a competitor, he continued to provide excellent customer service during my move out. His commitment to serving others is somewhat of a rarity these days. The not so good - Originally liked the facility, and the original rental price for the unit size. Security was and is a concern. Doors were often found standing open at night and 24/7 contact number never reached anybody to provide notification. Local manager finally provided their cell number. My unit and others were broken into as a result of inadequate security provided by the property owner. Over two years price of unit went up by almost 200 percent. New manager did as much as possible when the price got too high and a decision was made to downsize. Will be back if they better align their prices with others, and if security is improved.
