On-site staff is great. Property and storage units kept clean and professional.Great Security.

Have not been there physically as of now but have communicated with those that answer the telephone and am very pleased with their responses.
My daughter tells me that the facility is quite clean and well maintained.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Jessica at Tyler self storage. As a business owner, I was blown away with her professionalism and extremely pleasant demeanor! Her customer engagement is so authentic and refreshing. She is truly a rare find. I hope they’re paying and treating her well. Good luck trying to replace her. She seems to really like her job and the company which I was happy to learn. Congrats to Tyler storage for having such a great customer representative. I’m sure that location is doing extremely well under her leadership.

Very nice, very clean...Very, very expensive. No available electricity outlets and the lights automatically shut off after a few minutes. The employees are very nice, professional and respectful.

The two individuals I worked with at the mentor ohio location went beyond!!!!!!!! AMAZING SERVICE!!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND APPRECIATED!!!!!

Clean, Professional Office Staff, Safe and Convenient Location. Fair Pricing.

Both times I've stopped - first to view, then to rent, Herman was at the desk. Herman is pleasant, cheerful, helpful and just plain old nice. I completed most of the rental agreement on line, so when I stopped to get my passcode, etc., the process was fast. The units are clean and the entire area seems well-maintained.

The rates are reasonably priced however I feel that you should only have to pay an insurance once instead of every month if they can find a way to make him that more of a thing they depending on the time limit that you plan on being in the storage unit because paying $13 a month for storage Insurance really not ideal however the staff there has always seem to be you nice friendly and appropriate

Everything went very well. Very good experience.

The manager is very polite and friendly. She will also make sure, once you decide on a unit, it is swept while you fill out paperwork. The entire process was very easy. The aisles are spacious enough for two trucks to fit, easily. I have no problem loading and off loading.
