This is our second time using this storage facility. The first time was about 3 and a half years ago, and they still remember us from then. The facility is in a great location and the staff is very friendly.

Located just outside of Lexington off Old Frankfort Pike, I found this convenient for quickly accessing from downtown. Security is good with gated access and 24/7 monitoring.
They offer a variety of sized outdoor units and parking for RV, boats, trailers or misc equipment.

Inside the office they offer moving materials like boxes and mattress covers as well as boxes and locks. Staff was quick and on point with paperwork and providing the need to know details. I felt welcomed and appreciated by the friendly employee who set me up.

Have rented here a few times. Awesome management. Have always helped me find exactly what I've needed.

I've rented units from various storage facilities here in Lexy, and honestly this place has been the best one yet. I've not had any problems at all, I feel that my personal items are safe. As for security, I personally feel very comfortable going to my unit alone. I highly recommend Safe Storage to anyone who wants to keep their personal items safe and secure.

When I moved my things in, I was very happy, but when I returned the truck yesterday after moving out, it was horrible. The woman working there didn't know anything about it. She said someone was going to walk her through it, but it didn't happen and didn't happen and then on my 6th call the next day she said it had been done, so I called Penske direct on the refund. Wrong. It still hadn't been checked in a day and a half later. She lied. It still took two calls to Penske for them to send someone else to the site to get the check in info. Then I had to call them a 3rd time because they had the wrong return time and charged me for an extra day.

Needed a climate controlled unit same day, easily set everything up. Secure facility, office staff is very kind and accommodating. I recommend them for all your storage needs.

Hey , this is a very good place if you have anything you want to put in storage. They didn't seem to have a lot of traffic in and out like the last storage facility we we're at
