We have been at these units for about 12 yrs. Always have had good service and no issues. The other day however, we inquired about a commercial space and the lady on the phone was not able to give us the information we needed. She referred us to the on site management who also could not give us the information we needed. We were then directed to a particular person who deals with this. We've left messages and have had no response three days and counting. Other than that its a good place and would recommend.

LIKES: (1)The 24-hour access (for extra fee) was a good selling point for my needs... (2)Some of the units have a light socket inside, which is convenient during winter months as well as for those of us who take advantage of the 24-hour access... (3)An added plus is that the in-unit light is NOT on a timer that needs to be reset every 15 or 30 min! Regardless, the outdoor lighting is bright and more than sufficient at night even without a light on in my unit... (4)Prices are slightly lower compared with others in the area. (5)There's a barbed wire gate with security keypads both when entering & exiting the premises. (6)Alex, the guy in the office is personable yet professional. He explained everything thoroughly and was very low pressure. Renters insurance is required but I shopped around and found better coverage for cheaper.
DISLIKES... (1)If you don't have 24-hour access & you're inside the gates after 10pm (plus a grace period of 30-45 min or so), you're stuck locked inside the gated area until standard access hours begin the next day (6am?). Calling the main#, a west coast location that's still open, or the office at this location will connect you to a voicemail. Don't bother to leave a message as you won't get a call back. The only way out is by calling the fire department... (2)Since the property isnt level, many of the units have significant drops in the pavement right next to the doors. I'm sure they help with drainage but they could potentially cause a mishap or twisted ankle... (3)The buildings are laid out a little odd, with one-way access to the back units so if you're not familiar with the setup, the exit keypad can be hard to drive up next to, especially with a trailer in tow... (4)The location is ok, but being right inside the clover leaf of 575 & 75, getting to it is a bit round-about from Cobb Pkwy, accessible only from Industrial Park Dr... (5)The units are very dusty. Mine previously had what appears to be insulation attached to the ceiling that tends to fall off. (6)The on-site dumpster is off limits for tenants. If you're caught using it, you will be fined.
But overall, I'd recommend this facility to anyone looking for self storage in the area. After renting for almost a year, I'm happy with the property and management.

I looked for a storage unit for a few months and I’m glad I ended up with Prime. Customer service was great. I was greeted very professional and courteous. He explained everything very well and made me feel welcome. Prices are the best I’ve found for the space I need.. it’s gated and on a road that’s not extremely busy. Thanks prime storage!’ Lauren

The property has really improved since it’s changed to prime storage. Nice people and clean facility.
This size unit yields 25 square feet of space. Although these 5x5 units are small, they are an excellent size to store all of your extra items, like garden tools, seasonal items, office supplies, or your miscellaneous boxes.
