This was a very, very easy process and the storage unit was very, very clean! What was especially fantastic was how nice, accommodating, efficient, and friendly the office staff was! Both James and another female staffer were SO helpful and considerate. I highly, highly recommend this facility in Colonie.

I read the reviews, and l was immediately glad that l found Prime Storage. My experience at prime storage has been pleasant since the beginning. Very convenient/flexible set up and policies to help me manage my inventory for my business. Melissa was very helpful in working with me transferring to another unit. Very seamless, and shows she values loyal customers

I was able to reserve a spot to park my camper a week before parking it. Check in was smooth and efficient. The facility appears to be clean and well maintained.
